INSURANCE - U.S.
Insurance is recommended and can be requested
We have no recourse for an uninsured package if it is lost or damaged by the United States Postal Service - Please protect yourself.
Customer assumes all responsibilities for an uninsured package once it leaves our hands.
If an insured package does not arrive after 14 days of shipped notification contact us directly to process a claim.
LOST MAIL
We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
The customer is responsible for providing proper shipping address and selecting the proper shipping method for their environment.
TAXES, TARIFFS, DUTIES, CUSTOM'S FEES, ETC.
Any Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, etc. that are due prior to delivery, or after delivery, are the responsibility of the receiver - these charges are not included in the purchase price.
REGISTERED DELIVERY
Registered Delivery provides added security as the delivery of the package requires a signature.
There are shipping options provided for Registered Delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that were not registered - no refunds will be issued for lost or damaged items if not registered.
HIGH RISK COUNTRIES
Algeria, Singapore, Indonesia, Romania, Argentina, Chile, Greece - Orders may be considered only if Registered Mail is selected.
RARE ITEMS - VALUABLE ITEMS - LARGE ORDERS - HIGHER RISK COUNTRIES
At our option we will require Signature Delivery for purchases of:
* Rare items
* Valuable items
* Large orders
* Orders being shipped to higher risk countries.
